From an indoor Olympic swimming pool to an outdoor semi Olympic swimming pool, we have it all. We also have a 400-meter Olympic track and field area, rooms for taekwondo, tennis, racquetball, gymnastics, and more.

Beside the club, we have a hotel and several villages used by national teams and college teams during high altitude training periods. In fact, we have hosted the Mexican National teams and even Michael Phelps during his preparation for Beijing 2008.

At La Loma, we pride ourselves on our excellent facilities and the opportunities they provide for sports and exercise. Our locker rooms are beautiful and have changing rooms and places to sit and dry your hair and do your makeup. We have an Olympic-size indoor heated pool and a smaller outdoor heated pool. We also offer an outdoor track, tennis courts, several food options, and small shops with clothing, swim caps, goggles, and more.

Our club is staffed by amazing teachers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and coaching. They are committed to motivating their students and helping them give their best. Our complex has rooms for every discipline, which are disinfected after every class, as well as equipment that is cleaned regularly.

Our gym is equipped with a cardio zone and a lower floor for strength training. Members have access to the gym anytime within our opening hours and can even borrow a towel on the entrance. Our coaches are available to instruct members on the use of the equipment and assign personalized workouts.

In addition to our sports facilities, our bathrooms have saunas, jacuzzis, steam baths, changing rooms, and conventional showers. We aim to provide a complete experience for our members, ensuring they have everything they need to relax and recover after a workout.
